My new frankenpolish, That Perfume! It’s inspired by a Gumi Megpoid song of the same name. I made the polish with some clear top coat and craft glitter (which, surprisingly, didn’t melt!). Hopefully there will be more to come! This is over a base of Sinful Colors Innocent. Enjoy!
